Mandatory Requirements:

• 7+ years implementing enterprise-grade CMS platforms (e\.g. AEM, WordPress VIP, SharePoint).
• Expertise in CMS configuration, custom component development, back-end integrations in secure environments.
• Demonstrated experience with HIPAA-compliant web development and CMS governance.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Secure content workflows, encryption, and user roles.
  • CMS templates aligned with modular UI components.
  • API integrations and versioning of component libraries.
  • CMS migrations from legacy systems.
  • Technical documentation for security protocols and CMS governance.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience with CMS in HIPAA-compliant hosting (e\.g. AWS GovCloud, Azure Government).
• Knowledge of headless or hybrid CMS architecture.
• Experience integrating with eligibility systems, CRM, or data platforms.
