General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Director to lead and execute growth for our CMS business area.

You will close large, strategic opportunities and work collaboratively across the Federal Health Growth organization to shape opportunities and proposals. Location: Hybrid role based in Falls Church, VA or Windsor Mill, MD with onsite three days per week at GDIT or customer locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on Federal Sales/Business Development experience.
• Experience in IT services, lifecycle software development, data analytics, and mission support services.
• Proven success developing and winning CMS opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new CMS opportunities.
• Develop and maintain high quality relationships with customers and partners.
• Shape opportunities and our position throughout the opportunity life cycle.
• Formulate and support integrated BD, capture and proposal strategy highlighting GDIT's value proposition.
• Establish value-added teaming strategies and competitive pricing for winning bids.
• Develop marketing strategies and input into market account plans aligning with strategic goals.
