Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Technology
• Two years of experience in the semiconductor high-volume manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of electronics and manufacturing processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Support CMP manufacturing and engineering teams in the CMP area
• Assist wafer fab production and processes to ensure wafers are processed efficiently and cost effectively
• Review and document processes; partner with engineering to implement changes with minimal disruption
• Dispositions abnormal wafers for rework and ensure timely completion
• Collect and analyze data and recommend corrective action when required
• Review and maintain SPC controls and prepare charts/graphs as needed
• Assist with troubleshooting tools and process issues and training operators
