Responsibilities

Provide support to manufacturing and engineering teams in the CMP area.
Support wafer fab production to ensure wafers are processed efficiently and cost effectively.
Review and document processes; partner with Engineering to implement changes with minimal disruption.
Disposit abnormal or atypical wafers for rework and ensure prompt completion.
Collect and analyze data; recommend corrective action using SPC.
Maintain process controls and prepare charts/graphs as needed.
