Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Electronics or equivalent relevant experience.
• Three years of experience as Equipment Engineer or Sr. Equipment Maintenance Technician in a high volume semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• One year of hands-on experience with Strasbaugh, Ebarra, and Mirra equipment.
• Experience using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, select, install, modify, upgrade, and maintain CMP tools to improve yield and reduce costs.
• Analyze tool data, compile reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage projects of varying scope, schedule, and budget to meet timelines.
• Coordinate maintenance to maximize tool uptime and stay within specifications.
• Use AutoCAD or SolidWorks to draw diagrams or schematics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance issues and improve reliability.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and implement countermeasures to prevent breakdowns.
• Adhere to ISO 9001:2015 processes and safety policies.
