Job summary

U.S. Waffle Company is seeking a CMMS Work Planner in Liberty, SC. The role focuses on planning preventive maintenance, kit preparation, and accurate maintenance records to ensure equipment reliability and production readiness.

You will work with maintenance leads, technicians, and cross-functional teams to maintain a backlog, update PM models in Ultimo, and keep asset documentation current for efficient maintenance execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or equivalent practical experience in industrial maintenance.
• At least 3 years in maintenance, planning, or technical operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on CMMS experience and the ability to create and maintain work orders, PM models, and asset records.

Responsibilities

• Review work requests to define job scope, labor, parts, tools, drawings, and service support before scheduling.
• Prepare job plans with asset access, isolation, permit requirements, sanitation needs, and downtime; confirm with teams.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Coordinator to reserve and stage parts in kits linked to work orders.
