Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield's C&W Services division seeks an experienced RME Planner to oversee CMMS/Infor EAM asset management, work planning, and spare part inventory at our facility. You will manage WOs, PM plans, and data accuracy while training end users and driving cost-effective maintenance operations.

Role requires 2+ years CMMS/asset management experience, strong data analysis skills, and effective communication with peers and management. Full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise asset management and spare parts optimization.
• 2+ years data analysis in facilities maintenance.
• Experience training end users on CMMS.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering/Information Systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset management, maintenance planning and spare parts inventory in Infor EAM.
• Create and update PM plans, work packages and WO data accuracy.
• Coach staff on CMMS functions and best practices.
