Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced RME Planner to oversee CMMS administration, asset management, and spare parts inventory using Infor EAM at our facility in Pennsylvania. You will manage work planning, WOs, and PMs while driving materials management and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• 2-year Associate degree (or professional training) in Business Administration, Information System, Engineering or related fields.
• Flexibility with hours and days (operation may run 20 hours a day, 7 days a week)
• 1-3+ years of related experience in a maintenance distribution or manufacturing environment
• Experience communicating to peers, hourly associates, and senior management regarding maintenance, inventory, and cost control
• 4+ years’ working experience with enterprise asset management software (Infor EAM ASE highly desired)
• 2+ years’ data analysis experience in facilities maintenance, asset management and spare part optimization

Responsibilities

• Measure and publish facility’s PI metrics to management; interpret data and make recommendations.
• Develop and maintain accuracy of equipment metadata in EAM (manufacturer, model, serial number, system structure).
• Develop and maintain accuracy of Work Order data and PM plans.
• Develop and maintain FC PM Plans, Schedules, Routes and Work Packages.
• Support review of WO data accuracy (Equipment on WOs, hours, parts usage, codes).
• Schedule and assign work; manage WOs in the system from creation to closure.
• Develop and maintain spare parts metadata (supplier, catalog, pricing).
• Drive materials management: create requisitions, POs, and cycle counts; audit processes.
