Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a RME Planner in New York to lead maintenance planning and data management within our enterprise asset management environment. You will publish PI metrics, maintain equipment metadata, and coordinate work orders in a fast-paced facility setting.

Qualifications

• 2-year Associate degree or professional training in Business Administration, Information System, Engineering or related fields.
• 1-3+ years of related experience in maintenance distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with enterprise asset management software (Infor EAM ASE preferred).
• Data analysis experience in facilities maintenance, asset management and spares optimization.

Responsibilities

• Publish facility PI metrics to the management team; interpret data, troubleshoot, and make recommendations.
• Develop and maintain equipment metadata (manufacturer, model, serial number, system structure); ensure EAM labeling.
• Maintain Work Order data: add equipment to PM Plans, schedules & work packages; define due dates.
• Develop and maintain PM Plans, schedules, routes, and Work Packages.
• Review WO data accuracy and support scheduling and assignment of work; manage WOs.
• Develop spare parts metadata and manage materials in the store; conduct cycle counts.
• Collaborate with EAM Analysts to roll out new functionality and reports.
• Provide software trainings to end users and EAM Administrators; coach staff on CMMS use.
