Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced CMMS Administrator to oversee asset management, work planning, and spare part inventory using Infor EAM at our New Jersey facility. The role requires hands-on data accuracy, BOM maintenance, and collaboration with facilities teams to optimize PMs and warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years with asset management software, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to train end users on CMMS concepts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year Associate degree or equivalent in related field.
• 1-3+ years in maintenance distribution or manufacturing.
• 4+ years with enterprise asset management software such as Infor EAM ASE.
• Experience communicating with peers, hourly associates, and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Measure and publish facility PI metrics to management; interpret data and recommend actions.
• Maintain equipment metadata (manufacturer, model, serial, system structure) in EAM.
• Manage Work Orders: add equipment to PM plans, schedules, and work packages; set due dates.
• Develop and maintain PM plans, schedules, routes, and work packages for FC.
• Support data accuracy in WO data (equipment, hours, parts, codes).
• Schedule and assign work; manage WO creation, update, and closure in the system.
• Maintain spare parts metadata (supplier, catalog, min/max, pricing, part numbers).
• Drive materials management: requisitions, POs, receipts; 5S cleanliness; cycle counts; KPI data.
