Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a CMMS Manager (Facilities Operations) for a top healthcare client. The role owns and drives the enterprise-wide CMMS strategy and oversees daily operations across a large facilities environment.

You will lead internal teams, consultants, vendor partners, and IT stakeholders to ensure the platform runs efficiently and evolves with organizational needs. Strong CMMS expertise and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience working directly with CMMS platforms in a Facilities Operations or Real Estate environment.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise CMMS platforms (Maintenance Connection/Accruent, IBM Maximo, Nuvolo, TMS/Accruent, INFOR, SAP, eMaint, or Oracle Asset Management)
• Experience managing system configurations, workflows, user access, reporting, and vendor support

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the enterprise-wide CMMS strategy and oversee daily operations across a large, complex facilities environment.
• Serve as the primary leader of the system, managing internal team members, consultants, vendor support partners, IT stakeholders, and end-user relationships to ensure the platform operates efficiently.
• Balance strategic planning with day-to-day system administration, troubleshooting, reporting, workflow optimization, user support, and system governance.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
