Insight Global is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to own the enterprise CMMS strategy and daily operations across a large facilities network in New York. You will lead internal teams, consultants, and IT partnerships to ensure the CMMS platform runs smoothly and evolves with organizational needs.

The ideal candidate has deep CMMS hands-on expertise, strong leadership, and a proven track record balancing strategic planning with day-to-day troubleshooting, reporting, and system governance

Qualifications

• Hands-on CMMS implementation and optimization experience

Location:

5x a week onsite at 1 Park Ave, New York, NY; once ramped, may travel onsite to Brooklyn, Mineola, ambulatory sites, and other facilities locations

Schedule:

9am-5pm

Insight Global is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager for a top healthcare client. This candidate will be responsible for owning and driving the enterprise-wide CMMS strategy and daily operations across a large, complex facilities environment. They will serve as the leader of the system, managing internal team members, consultants, vendor support, IT partnerships, and end-user relationships to ensure the platform runs smoothly and continues to evolve with the organization’s needs. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on CMMS expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day troubleshooting, reporting, workflow optimization, user support, and system governance. This is a highly visible role supporting senior leadership and multiple facilities groups, ideal for someone who can take ownership, drive results, and move the CMMS mission forward across a large enterprise environment.

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of relevant experience working directly with CMMS platforms in a Facilities Operations or Real Estate environment
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise CMMS platforms (Maintenance Connection/Accruent, IBM Maximo, Nuvolo, TMS/Accruent, INFOR, SAP, eMaint, or Oracle Asset Management)
• Experience managing system configurations, workflows, user access, reporting, and vendor support

Plusses:

• Experience in highly regulated environment such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, research, government, manufacturing, large university, facilities management, or operations management environments.
• Experience supporting large enterprise CMMS implementations and optimization initiatives

$70 to $80
