Job summary

Eaton’s Fibrebond team in Minden, LA is seeking a Maintenance Systems Coordinator (CMMS) to oversee CMMS/EAM health, asset data, work orders, and preventive maintenance schedules. This role emphasizes data integrity and system configuration to support reliable operations.

The position includes training staff on CMMS usage, configuring templates, and ensuring integration with facility workflows. Working hours are 6:00–16:30, Monday to Friday, with overtime on some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and asset management required or preferred.
• Experience with CMMS/IT systems and data integrity practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• System Management and Maintenance: oversee CMMS/EAM health, data accuracy, PM schedules.
• Data Integrity and Analysis: maintain asset records, verify data for reporting.
• Training and Support: train staff on CMMS usage and troubleshoot issues.
• Preventive Maintenance and Process Improvement: develop PM programs and improve maintenance processes.
• Reporting and Compliance: generate reports and support audits.
• Parts & Warranty: manage parts entries and warranty scopes.
