Job summary

Fibrebond, an Eaton company, is seeking a Maintenance Systems Coordinator (CMMS) to join our ES AMER ARS team in Minden, LA. This daylight role averages about 54 hours per week with core hours 6:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, plus occasional overtime on Saturdays.

You will oversee CMMS/EAM system health, configure the software, ensure data integrity, train staff, and develop preventive maintenance programs across facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Experience using computers and software applications with a demonstrated ability to navigate and learn new software systems.
• No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered.
• Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and health of the CMMS/EAM system, ensuring accurate asset data, work orders, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Configure, upgrade, and maintain the CMMS software, including creating and modifying work order templates, asset entries, and job plans.
• Train staff and field personnel on CMMS usage, ensuring proper adoption and effective system utilization.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust preventive maintenance programs, including task frequency, completion rates, and performance metrics.
• Generate technical, business, and audit reports for management and regulatory compliance.
