Job summary

Nemean Solutions, LLC is hiring a CMMS/Asset Management Technician to maintain asset, maintenance, and lifecycle data in the DLA EBS Plant Maintenance system. You will manage work orders, track costs, and ensure data accuracy while coordinating with technicians and government representatives.

The role emphasizes PM scheduling, reporting, and compliance with security and training requirements. This on-site position requires experience with CMMS tools (SAP-based EBS and Maximo), strong data

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining asset, maintenance, labor, material, and cost records.
• Ability to generate recurring and ad hoc management reports.
• Familiarity with asset-management data standards and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CMMS, EBS Plant Maintenance, and related asset records.
• Log and close maintenance orders per procedures.
• Enter accurate work descriptions, labor hours, parts, and costs.
• Update equipment records, serial numbers, locations, and service frequencies.
• Monitor PM schedules and due dates.
• Collaborate with technicians and stakeholders on asset data.
• Support warranty tracking and data reporting.
• Provide user training and support for asset-management tools.
