Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees CMMS (FEMS/MAXIMO) CMMS, data entry, equipment hierarchies, manuals and historical records.
• Generates and tracks preventive and corrective maintenance work orders with resources, labor and materials.
• Compiles operational reports, analyzes data trends and backlogs to provide insights.
• Acts as principal technical advisor coordinating maintenance efforts across hydroelectric, navigation and natural resources lines.
• Administers CMMS access, permissions, security and provides system training plus SOPs.
