Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in industrial maintenance inventory, strong Excel/CMMS skills, and the ability to read machine drawings. High school diploma required; overtime may be needed to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial maintenance inventory or a similar warehouse role.
• Proficiency in CMMS systems and Microsoft/Google tools.
• Ability to interpret machine drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control and catalog management with 100% data integrity in the CMMS.
• Cycle counting, discrepancy investigations, and stock accuracy checks.
• Receive, label, store parts, and process returns or transfers.
• Assist with item setup, min/max levels, and catalog accuracy.
• Procure maintenance supplies and coordinate vendor orders, quotes.
• Support PM development and shelf-life management; audit storage layout.
• Provide routine reports on inventory value and usage trends.
• Train staff on MVP procedures and storeroom standards.
