Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep our distribution center equipment and facilities in top condition. You will troubleshoot and repair conveyors, motors, and hydraulic systems, perform preventive maintenance, and manage work orders in the CMMS.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years in industrial maintenance, a high school diploma or equivalent, and basic safety certification. On-site role with potential for growth and training opportunities.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Technical degree or certificate preferred.
Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in distribution/industrial settings.
Must be able to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
Experience with CMMS, HVAC, conveyors or MHE is a plus.

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, and repair material handling equipment such as conveyors and motors.
Maintain electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance with documentation.
Ensure forklifts, racking, and facility equipment function properly.
Utilize CMMS for work orders and inventory searches.
Support site start-ups and equipment moves as needed.
Adhere to 5S housekeeping and safety standards.
