Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our distribution center equipment and facilities in safe, reliable condition. You will lead maintenance on conveyors, motors, gear reducers, and related systems, and install new equipment as needed.

The role requires hands-on technical skills, use of CMMS, and adherence to safety procedures. Opportunities exist for growth through progressive training and experience within AEO’s facilities network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical degree or certificate or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge of industrial maintenance and safety procedures.
• Must be able to obtain forklift and yard truck certifications.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair material handling equipment and conveyors.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostics on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Use CMMS to generate work orders and document activities.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and safe operation at all times.
• Support operations across multiple shifts as needed.
