Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inventory Control & Catalog Management: maintain 100% data integrity in CMMS; track inventory, work orders, and part usage.
• Purchasing & Vendor Relations: respond to maintenance purchasing requests; collect supplier quotes; coordinate stock orders.
• Operational Support & Planning: assist planners and schedulers; develop PM programs and manage shelf-life items.
• Teamwork, Safety & Housekeeping: communicate with team; train new associates; maintain clean, safe storeroom.
• General: perform other duties to support maintenance and operations.
• Reporting: provide routine reports on inventory value, usage trends, and cycle counts.
