Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Gurabo, PR is seeking a CMMS coordinator to join our facilities team and ensure data integrity across maintenance records. You will manage work orders, asset data, and preventive schedules to support efficient building operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in admin data entry or facilities operations, familiarity with CMMS and strong Excel skills, and a commitment to accuracy and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred in related field.
• 1–3 years in admin support, data entry, or facilities operations with CMMS exposure.
• CMMS platforms familiarity or ability to learn quickly.
• Strong data accuracy and record-keeping.
• Intermediate Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technicians and management.
• Basic knowledge of facility maintenance operations and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and close CMMS work orders with accurate data.
• Create and maintain asset records, including specs, locations, warranties.
• Generate preventive maintenance work orders and monitor completion.
• Process inventory transactions and maintain stock records.
• Run CMMS reports for operations reviews and audits.
• Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and contractors for info.
• Audit CMMS data quality and correct inconsistencies.
• Provide basic CMMS training and user support.
• Assist with CMMS optimization projects and data migrations.
