Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of administrative support or data entry experience.
• Experience with CMMS platforms or ability to learn quickly.
• Strong data accuracy and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and close work orders in CMMS with accurate details.
• Create and maintain asset records including locations and maintenance histories.
• Generate preventive maintenance work orders and monitor overdue tasks.
• Process inventory transactions and maintain stock levels.
• Run reports to support reviews, budgeting, and audits.
• Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and contractors for data quality.
• Audit CMMS data quality and correct inconsistencies.
• Provide basic CMMS training and user support.
• Assist with CMMS optimization, data migrations, or upgrades.
