Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a CMMS Coordinator to support Major Commodity Programs and Regional Execution teams, ensuring CMMS data accuracy in Corrigo. You will liaise with Facility Management, Supply Chain, Suppliers, and Vendor Managers to ensure compliance and proper program execution.

You will be the go-to CMMS contact within Vendor Management, handling data quality, CAR oversight, and reporting while collaborating across disciplines to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience communicating with all levels of management.
• Proficient experience working in Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactively seeks process improvements and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Schedule data management.
• Oversee CAR (Contract Amendment Request) governance.
• Provide daily/weekly reports on CARs, invoices, and work orders.
• Serve as subject matter expert for the CMMS database.
• Manage shared mailbox and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain and update Specialty Dispatch tables.
