Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a CMMS Coordinator in Chicago to support Major Commodity Programs and Regional Execution teams. You will safeguard data in Corrigo CMMS and manage vendor communications, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

The role requires a BA/BS degree (or equivalent experience), strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate across management levels. Competence in process improvement and ownership is essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related discipline or field of study or equivalent experience.
• Experience in communicating with all levels of management.
• Proficient experience working in Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, strong communication skills.
• Proactively searches for process improvement.
• Takes ownership, problem solves thoughtfully and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Schedule data management.
• Contract Amendment Request (CAR) oversight and governance.
• Provide daily and/or weekly reports of various progress updates (CARs, Invoices, Outstanding Work Orders).
• Subject matter expert related to CMMS database.
• Manage shared mailbox; respond to general inquiries and escalate as appropriate.
• Maintain and update Specialty Dispatch tables.
