Job summary

JLL is seeking a CMMS Program Manager to lead the Corrigo CMMS for a key client, overseeing strategic system direction and data-driven insights. You will act as the primary client advisor, champion change management, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver system enhancements that improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires deep Corrigo experience, strong data analytics, and excellent stakeholder management, with remote work options across major US markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing CMMS/work order applications.
• Expert-level Corrigo CMMS configuration and reporting.
• Data analysis and KPI reporting experience.
• Strong technical, analytical, and process-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the comprehensive CMMS strategy.
• Act as primary client advisor for CMMS initiatives.
• Lead the change management program for the platform.
• Partner with internal platform teams to manage enhancements and support escalations.
• Analyze system data to identify trends and build KPI dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and system innovations.
• Maintain oversight of the Corrigo platform, data integrity, releases, and health.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Facilities, Finance, Sourcing, and Operations.
