Job summary

The US Army Corps of Engineers in Kentucky seeks a Facility Operations Specialist to maintain and manage equipment within CMMS, organize asset hierarchies, and schedule routine maintenance for a broad range of assets under the project scope. Experience performing maintenance work on programmatic assets.
Ability to collect, document, and update information for each piece of equipment.

Responsibilities

Complete records and establish asset/equipment hierarchies in CMMS.
Serve as project point of contact for equipment transfers and classify new equipment within the project hierarchy.
Organize and compile all pertinent information for each piece of equipment in the maintenance system.
Utilize the control system to schedule routine and cyclic maintenance, repair, and replacement.
Account for data and status changes on all work orders.
Obtain information from project supervisors and work leaders affecting schedules or workload.
