Job summary

Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority seeks a Supervisor, Asset Administration to lead CMMS-driven asset lifecycle management. You will develop KPIs, analyze asset data, and train staff in CMMS use across departments.

The role oversees a multimillion-dollar storeroom, ensures inventory readiness for daily maintenance, and collaborates to identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate Degree as noted; degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years cumulative experience in engineering design, asset management or related fields.
• Supervisory experience is preferred (2+ years).
• Experience with CMMS/EAM software and GIS tools is expected.
• Ability to use Windows-based office tools and to generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate startup equipment and training for utility personnel.
• Complete project close-out documentation (IWO, RWO, pay estimates, as-builts).
• Assist design team with data collection, evaluation, reporting, and certification.
• Develop and audit Asset Management Standard Procedures.
• Identify improvements to CMMS and asset lifecycle management processes.
• Ensure accurate data capture aligned with asset management principles.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for business scorecards.
• Create reports and visualizations for various levels of the organization.
• Oversee multimillion-dollar storeroom inventory and personnel.
