Job summary

HonorHealth Deer Valley Medical Center is seeking an Administrator for the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to support Healthcare Facilities Management. The role oversees CMMS operations, ensures data integrity, and provides real-time management of location space tables across the network.

The position requires expertise in CMMS, data reporting, and stakeholder training, with a focus on process improvement and system reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Other Relevant Degree Required.
• 3 years database administration Required.
• 5 years database administration Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and maintains CMMS data integrity; performs data imports, cleansing, and alignment; SME for CMMS upgrades, enhancements, and best practices.
• Builds and designs reports and dashboards as requested by management.
• Develops and maintains Standard Operating Procedures for CMMS activities; trains super-users, users, and customers in CMMS functions.
• Acts as a liaison between HTM/HFM, vendors, IT, and the CMMS platform.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
