• Monitors and maintains CMMS data integrity; performs data imports, cleansing, and alignment; SME for CMMS upgrades, enhancements, and best practices.
• Builds and designs reports and dashboards as requested by management.
• Develops and maintains Standard Operating Procedures for CMMS activities; trains super-users, users, and customers in CMMS functions.
• Acts as a liaison between HTM/HFM, vendors, IT, and the CMMS platform.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:
JOB SUMMARY
Provides oversight and management of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), typically in support of Healthcare Facilities Management (HFM) through Works hub and Origin, part of the Siemens Brightly Suite of tools within faculties management. The individual is additionally responsible for active, real‑time management of the location space tables for the network.

Ensures that the CMMS is fully functional and operational through the continuous evaluation of existing workflow, metrics, application availability, and production support. Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CMMS upgrades, enhancements, and best practices. Provides system training and actionable recommendations for stakeholders and Supply Chain Shared Services team members Performs research, gap analysis, and data collection to promote database data integrity. Supplies leadership with reports and guidance as required for successful system operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
