Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an Administrator for Computerized Maintenance Management Systems to oversee CMMS operations and ensure reliable, data-driven facilities management. You will manage Works Hub and Origin within the Siemens Brightly Suite and act as SME for upgrades and best practices.

You will train users, support stakeholders, and develop reports and dashboards that improve maintenance workflows and data integrity across the Scottsdale location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 3 years of database administration experience required.
• 5 years of database administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the CMMS (Siemens Brightly Suite) to ensure full functionality.
• Evaluate workflows, metrics, and availability; optimize production support.
• Serve as SME for CMMS upgrades, enhancements, and best practices.
• Provide system training and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Generate reports and dashboards; partner with Supply Chain Shared Services.
