Job summary

Holley Performance Brands in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a skilled CMM Programmer to create, maintain, and optimize PC-DMIS programs for Hexagon CMMs.

You will translate drawings and GD&T into inspection routines, perform first article and in-process inspections, analyze data, and report non-conformances while collaborating to improve speed and accuracy.

Candidates should have 5+ years in CMM programming and GD&T, PC-DMIS proficiency, and a solid metrology background; ASME Y14.5 knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in CMM programming and inspection in a manufacturing environment.
Extensive experience with GD&T and interpreting engineering drawings.
Proficiency in PC-DMIS programming software.
Strong understanding of metrology principles and ASME Y14.5.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize CMM programs using PC-DMIS for Hexagon CMMs.
Program and operate CMMs to perform dimensional inspections.
Perform the CMM “prove-out” and validation on first-run or revised programs; refine the program and inspection method as necessary.
Translate engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T into accurate inspection routines.
Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections of parts.
Analyze measurement data and ensure compliance with specifications.
Identify and report non-conformances.
Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Production teams to optimize inspection processes.
Create and maintain detailed inspection reports and update work instructions/SOPs.
