Qualifications
- 5+ years programming/operating Hexagon CMMs in production.
Responsibilities
- Architect, program, and optimize complex CMM inspection routines on a Hexagon CMM using PC-DMIS.
- Serve as the technical authority on GD&T interpretation per ASME Y14.5.
- Design efficient, repeatable measurement strategies for tight-tolerance components.
- Lead first article inspections (FAI), PPAP submissions, and capability studies (Cp/Cpk).
- Diagnose and correct measurement discrepancies and root-causes of nonconformances.
- Own and improve the PC-DMIS program library with revision control.
