Job summary

Requirements include a technical degree and 5 years of manufacturing experience, plus proficiency in PC-DMIS, Calypso, MCOSMOS, and strong GD&T knowledge. Pay ranges from $35.00 to $39.00 per hour.

Qualifications

Technical degree or certificate in manufacturing.
5 years of manufacturing experience.
Strong GD&T and dimensional inspection knowledge.
Experience programming and operating CMM equipment.

Responsibilities

Develop, write, modify, and maintain CMM programs for dimensional inspection.
Set up and operate CMMs and related inspection equipment.
Interpret complex drawings, blueprints, specs, and CAD models.
Analyze inspection results and communicate quality concerns clearly.
Generate and maintain inspection reports and records.
Troubleshoot CMM programming, setup, and measurement issues.
Support FAI, PPAP, capability studies, and root-cause analysis.
