Job summary

HTC Global Services seeks a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Analyst to maintain the ServiceNow CMDB, ensure data quality, and support critical ITSM processes. You will administer the CMDB, perform health checks, deduplication, reporting, and manage integrations.

This role emphasizes CMDB health, CI relationships, and asset lifecycle data while working with cross-functional teams and ServiceNow Discovery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in CMDB health and data management.
• 3+ years with CMDB
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• 2+ years IT Asset Management (ITAM)
• 2+ years Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
• 2+ years ITSM and ITIL practices
• 1+ year IT Operations Management
• 1+ year ServiceNow Discovery

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the CMDB
• Support CMDB provisioning and de-provisioning requests per SLAs
• Perform CMDB health checks, de-duplication, data cleanup, and reporting
• Manage CMDB Health Dashboard administration
• Create and maintain custom and out-of-the-box integrations
• Support ServiceNow Discovery and ongoing CMDB maintenance
• Review CMS-related issues impacting incidents and change outcomes
• Ensure CMDB data supports Change, Incident, and Problem Management processes
• Maintain CI relationships, CMDB ownership processes, and Asset Lifecycle Management data

Job Title: Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Analyst

Position Overview

Help maintain the integrity and reliability of a ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) that supports critical IT Service Management processes. This role focuses on CMDB administration, data quality, discovery, reporting, and configuration management operations.

What You’ll Do

• Administer and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
