Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation certification required, Intermediate/Expert level preferred.
• Proven experience in Configuration Management within an ITIL-aligned environment.
• Proven experience managing Azure resources within a CMDB.
• Strong knowledge of Ivanti Neurons for ITSM and its CMDB capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with CI class modeling and discovery tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and stakeholder management expertise.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Configuration Management policies aligned with ITIL.
• Own and manage the CMDB, ensuring CI data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Change Management and Incident Management teams for service delivery.
• Define and enforce CI identification and reporting standards.
• Work closely with technical teams to gather CI information.
• Monitor and audit configuration data for quality.
• Establish and track KPIs for CMDB health.
• Provide leadership and training to IT teams.
• Support IT governance and compliance initiatives.
