Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation certification (Intermediate or Expert level preferred).
• Proven experience in Configuration Management within an ITIL environment.
• Strong understanding of ITIL v3/v4 processes including Configuration, Change, Incident management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain configuration management policies.
• Manage the CMDB ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
