Job summary

United Talent Agency (UTA) seeks a highly motivated Enterprise ServiceNow Engineer – CMDB to lead the strategy, governance, and operational excellence of the organization’s Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role will govern data quality, drive CSDM adoption, and partner across Infrastructure Engineering, Security, and Application Owners to ensure accurate modeling of services and assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing or supporting an enterprise CMDB.
• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, IRE, and CSDM.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern UTA's CMDB; establish policies and procedures.
• Administer and enhance ServiceNow CMDB functionality; optimize Discovery and IRE.
• Document and maintain accurate application and service information in the CMDB.
• Collaborate with Infra, Security, Endpoint Engineering, and Service Owners to ensure data accuracy and governance.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor CMDB health and reliability.
