Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Systems Analyst 1 in Austin, TX to support CMDB health, data integrity, and ITSM processes. You will oversee CMDB health, SLA-driven tasks, and ServiceNow discovery to ensure reliable CI data.

Responsibilities include managing CMDB operations, de-duplication, data cleanup, and integrating CMDB with Change, Incident, and Problem Management while collaborating with IT teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience with IT Configuration Management Health and Data Management.
• 3 years experience with CMDB and CMDB-related processes.
• 2 years experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) and CSDM.
• 1 year experience with IT Operations and ServiceNow Discovery.
• ITIL or similar certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CMDB support services according to SLA and provision/de-provision CIs.
• Perform CMDB health checks, data cleanup, and de-duplication tasks.
• Manage daily CMDB administration, stability, and performance.
• Administer the CMDB Health Dashboard and integration efforts.
• Review incident/outage resolutions related to CMDB changes.
