Job summary

Rialto Capital, headquartered in Miami, is seeking an Analyst to support underwriting and loan servicing for its CMBS portfolio. You will evaluate transactions, assist in developing business plans, and liaise with brokers, attorneys, and borrowers.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Real Estate, 0–2 years of CRE experience, strong Excel skills, and an interest in AI-enabled workflows. This position requires attention to detail and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business or related field.
• 0–2 years of CRE underwriting, loan servicing, or related experience preferred.
• Passion for pursuing a career in commercial real estate.
• Desire to live in Miami, FL.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• AI-enabled tools fluency to enhance productivity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and assess risks for new acquisition loans and existing loans within Rialto’s CMBS portfolio.
• Present underwriting analyses and recommendations to senior management.
• Conduct due diligence on borrower requests and assist Asset Managers in developing business plans and monetization strategies.
• Liaise with brokers, attorneys, and borrowers.
• Perform market research and analyze property financial statements (rent rolls, operating statements).
• Support reporting and compliance efforts across assigned departments.
• Apply AI to support research, synthesize information, analyze data, and streamline workflows.
