Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5 years in LTSS field.
• Experience in LTSS case management or related duties.
• Experience with aging and disability populations.
• Experience working with community partners.
• Must pass background checks and driving is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CMA team and coordinate LTSS waivers and SGF programs.
• Supervise and develop Case Management Agency staff.
• Ensure performance standards per statutes, regulations, and contract guidelines.
• Travel within the state; in-person with limited telework opportunities when needed.
