Job summary

UnitedHealthcare is seeking a LTSS Program Supervisor to oversee CMA Case Management staff in the Mesa County area. Qualifications

5+ years of LTSS experience.
2+ years of LTSS program experience.
1+ year competency in case management knowledge and skills.
Driver's license and reliable transportation.
Reside locally to Mesa County, CO.

Responsibilities

Serve as a supervisor overseeing CMA Case Management functions and staff
Assumes HSS Coordinator duties when necessary
Maintain confidentiality per the Employee Handbook
Conduct supervisory case conferences with HSS Coordinators regularly
Review and remediation of case records and documentation
Coordinate with the Department for technical assistance when needed
Allocate and monitor staff to meet standards and timelines
Attend training and ensure staff development and CMA contract compliance
Ensure timely submission of deliverables to HCPF and related agencies
