Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in social services.
• Strong understanding of the clubhouse model and principles of rehabilitation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and oversight of Clubhouse operations, programs, services, and activities.
• Ensure Social Practice principles and the Clubhouse model are consistently integrated into program services.
• Supervise, train, coach, and support Clubhouse staff and volunteers.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop staff to maintain appropriate program staffing levels.
• Coordinate staff schedules, responsibilities, caseloads, performance evaluations, and ongoing supervision.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and provide professional development and training opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Phoenix House policies, funding requirements, professional standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the development, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Clubhouse programs and activities.
