Job summary

Phoenix House Harlem Clubhouse in New York is seeking a Program Administrator to support a community dedicated to helping individuals with serious mental illness. Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with serious mental illness is required.
• Bachelor's degree is required; graduate degree preferred.
• Ability to work in a community-based clubhouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform member engagement, social design, relationship development and therapeutic intervention.
• Support and develop a therapeutic community based on Social Practice and international Clubhouse standards.
• Create access to environments outside the clubhouse to build general skills and confidence.
• Develop relationships with members and the community to provide support for positive change.
• Provide daily advocacy and guidance for problem-solving and self-worth.
