Job summary

Chief is seeking a Clubhouse Associate for our NYC Clubhouse to handle front desk operations and provide a welcoming, organized environment for members and guests.

You'll manage guest check-ins, inventory, meetings, and basic office administration while upholding our service standards and community vibe. This is a 3-month contract with evening hours and opportunities to impact the member experience.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication to assist members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in all Clubhouse visitors at the front desk.
• Coordinate reservations, meeting room bookings and catering details.
• Handle Salesforce emails related to Clubhouse Operations and vendor communications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Clubhouse and surrounding areas.
• Prepare expense reports and submit them for approval.
