Job summary

F&F Realty Properties is seeking a Clubhouse Manager in Naperville to oversee daily clubhouse operations, amenities, staff, resident programs, and events, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Mondays to Fridays 6am–2pm; you will supervise staff, coordinate rentals and events, conduct inspections, enforce safety rules, and maintain excellent resident relations.

You will prepare schedules, publish a monthly newsletter, and report weekly updates to management.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership and staff supervision.
• Strong customer service and event planning experience.
• Ability to multitask and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Proficient in basic computer programs and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clubhouse operations and supervise staff.
• Conduct daily facility inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Ensure amenities and pool areas are clean, safe, and functional.
• Welcome residents and assist with inquiries.
• Coordinate party room rentals, contracts, inspections, and deposits.
• Plan and attend resident events, with a minimum of three community events per month.
• Manage event inventory and purchasing.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure proper coverage.
• Distribute monthly newsletter and maintain bulletin boards.
• Enforce rules and safety procedures professionally.
• Build positive relationships with residents, staff, and emergency services.
• Provide weekly status updates to management.
