Job summary

F & F Realty Partners, LLC is seeking a Clubhouse Attendant to monitor the Clubhouse and amenities, ensure residents follow lease and community policies, and provide exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

You will handle opening/closing tasks, assist with rentals, log packages, and coordinate with the Recreation Director and Property Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a residential setting.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with residents and staff.
• Communicate policies clearly and professionally.
• Work well with others to keep facilities clean and safe.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Clubhouse and amenities to ensure policies are followed.
• Provide courteous service to residents, guests, vendors, and team members.
• Complete daily opening and closing tasks as directed by Clubhouse Manager.
• Ensure Clubhouse facilities and amenities are operational at all times.
• Notify supervisor of equipment issues or supply needs.
• Log packages delivered and maintain records.
• Post and enforce pool rules; monitor pool area.
