Job summary

Wasatch Behavioral Health in Provo, Utah, seeks a Full-Time Case Manager for the Clubhouse Program. You will support adults with mental illness, helping them build skills, confidence, independence, and stronger community connections while assisting with daily Clubhouse operations including kitchen and meal services.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional evenings, Saturdays, and one holiday per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with Social Service Worker (SSW) license or willingness to pursue SSW licensure.

Responsibilities

• Build professional relationships with members using encouragement, empathy, and strengths-based approach.
• Support daily Clubhouse operations including meal preparation and kitchen safety.
• Coordinate benefits, medical and psychiatric care, and community resources.
• Help members identify goals and develop employment, education, housing, and independence plans.
• Participate in social/recreational activities and Clubhouse program alignment.
