Wasatch Behavioral Health in Provo, Utah, seeks a Full-Time Case Manager for the Clubhouse Program. You will support adults with mental illness, helping them build skills, confidence, independence, and stronger community connections while assisting with daily Clubhouse operations including kitchen and meal services.
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional evenings, Saturdays, and one holiday per year.

With a competitive wage of $21.36–$29.88/hour, this role offers the opportunity to work alongside adults living with mental illness as they build skills, confidence, independence, and stronger connections within their community. The Clubhouse is a supportive, collaborative environment where staff and members work side-by-side toward goals related to employment, education, housing, social involvement, and daily living skills. As a Case Manager, you'll also support the daily operation of the Clubhouse, including kitchen and meal services, while helping members develop practical skills and take an active role in the Clubhouse community.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (Monthly evening activities and occasional Saturdays, and one holiday per year; lunch is taken with clients)
Compensation: $21.36–$29.88 DOE and Licensure

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position, you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
