Job summary

Wasatch Behavioral Health in Provo, Utah invites you to join as a Full-Time Case Manager in our Clubhouse Program. You will support adults living with mental illness, help build skills, independence, and community connections while assisting with Clubhouse operations and daily meals.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, goal setting, coordinating benefits and care, and participating in daily Clubhouse activities, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:00.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with SSW license required or Bachelor's degree in any field with willingness to pursue SSW licensure.
• Valid driver's license and basic understanding of Social Work principles.
• Familiarity with social welfare policy and human development.
• Ability to problem-solve and maintain a client-centered approach.
• Willingness to obtain a food handler permit.
• Spanish speakers may qualify for increased wages after testing.

Responsibilities

• Build professional relationships with members using a strengths-based approach.
• Support Clubhouse operations including thrift store unit work and daily activities.
• Assist members in identifying goals and developing employment, education, housing, and social plans.
• Coordinate benefits, medical and psychiatric care, and care coordination with the treatment team.
• Support Transitional Employment positions and help members develop employment skills.
• Participate in daily Clubhouse operations including meals, kitchen safety, and customer service.

Education
