Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Boulder, CO is seeking a Sales and Service Manager (SSM) to lead the club’s sales, service and retail efforts. You will hire and develop a team, drive member acquisition and retention, and ensure goals are met through coaching, planning and strong customer focus.

The role focuses on delivering a best-in-class member experience, coordinating with the GM, and managing programs that increase new member sales, fitness revenue and retention while maintaining a high standard of club

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• CPR and AED certification from an approved organization.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains and develops Sales and Service team members.
• Lead sales and service to deliver full product and service offerings to members.
• Manage schedules to cover club needs and meet targets.
• Partner with GM to provide a best-in-class member experience.
• Achieve or exceed personal and team sales goals.
